The $441 million South Parking Deck Phase One project is an active construction development with anticipated completion in the summer of 2026. At nearly, three million square feet and seven floors high, this massive multi-story design will provide a comprehensive parking solution with a large capacity, modern technology, and sustainable features in a limited area. The main deck will accommodate 6,300 parking spaces and the surface area will hold an additional 1,300 spaces which will include EV charging station options. The facility is designed to offer a convenient, efficient, and secure parking experience for all users.
