This project involved roadway reconfiguration at the West Curb to relocate the Taxi and Airline Shuttle services from east of the Terminal to the west side of the SkyTrain Airport Station. Additionally, the project improved the entry and exit merge lanes on the North and South Terminal Road into and out of the new ground transportation area. This projected completed in 2025 as a Progressive Design Build.
