Assistant General Manager, Administration and People Strategy

April Broaders is the assistant general manager for Administration and People Strategy. In this role, she oversees the Talent Management division.

Broaders has a broad range of global, corporate, and regional experience in aviation, technology, software, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, consumer goods, customer service, and operations centers for Fortune 50, 100, and 500 global corporations. Since arriving at ATL in 2019 as the human resources director of Business Partners, Broaders has focused on making compensation more competitive with the private sector and enhancing promotion and career progression across each division.

Fittingly, Mrs. Broaders is a native of Dayton, Ohio, the birthplace of aviation.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Wright State University and a Master of Science in administration from Central Michigan University. She is also a City of Atlanta Sustainability Ambassador, Lean Sigma Six Green Belt, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
