In her role, Ana is responsible for overseeing project delivery with a focus on ATLNext Parking projects, the upcoming Aviation Administration Center, and the future Concourse E modernization project. She leads a team of planners, asset\/facility managers, project managers, and construction managers to ensure projects are delivered in a timely, cost-effective, environmentally sustainable, and responsible manner.<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, Ana brings 23 years of extensive experience in the construction industry to her position. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ana has a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, including airport infrastructure, educational facilities, and medical centers, for public entities at the city, county, and state levels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ana\u2019s journey to ATL was driven by her passion for unique construction projects and the challenges presented by the world\u2019s busiest airport. Her extensive career includes significant contributions to the aviation, education, and medical sectors, earning her a reputation for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
