The Airport is free of any architectural barriers to people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<h3>The Plane Train:<\/h3>\n<p>The Airport\u2019s underground The\u00a0Plane Train connects all concourses with the Domestic and International terminals and consists of eleven, four-car trains operating on a 3-mile loop track. The Plane Train operates approximately every two minutes. On average, the trains carry more than 200,000 passengers per day.<\/p>\n<h3>Parking &#8211; Domestic Terminal:<\/h3>\n<p>There are more than 30,000 public parking spaces at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport- Domestic and International Terminals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>North and South Domestic covered parking: 12,000+ spaces<\/li>\n<li>North Economy parking:\u00a0 1,500+ spaces<\/li>\n<li>Domestic Park Ride parking: 4,800+ spaces. Passengers will take a three-minute ride on a shuttle bus to the Domestic curbside drop-off area<\/li>\n<li>ATL West Deck parking: 5,700+ spaces &#8211; Passengers will take a two-minute Skytrain ride to the Domestic Terminal<\/li>\n<li>Park ATL Select (covered, uncovered and oversized) parking: 1,500+ spaces. Passengers will take a five-minute ride on a shuttle bus to the Domestic curbside drop-off area<\/li>\n<li>Gold Reserve Parking: 1,000+ spaces. Domestic parking provides frequent travelers with fast, convenient, covered, and guaranteed Airport parking on the lower level at the International Hourly parking deck. Passengers who have spaces in Gold Reserve parking do not have to wait in line for tickets or search for open parking spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Designated parking spaces provided for disabled passengers<\/li>\n<li>Designated EV charging stations<\/li>\n<li>Cellphone lot \u2013 designed for a brief stay for customers to wait for their traveler\u2019s arrival. Cellphone lot address is 1920 Autoport Drive, College Park, GA 30337. Directions to the lot are posted on permanent signs and message boards along Airport roadways.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Parking &#8211; International Terminal:<\/h3>\n<p>Parking at the International Terminal is easy and convenient. Two parking facilities provide more than 3,500 spaces within minutes of the International Terminal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>International Hourly parking deck:\u00a01,000+ spaces. The Hourly lot is just steps from check-in and arrivals.<\/li>\n<li>International Park-Ride deck :\u00a02,500+ spaces. The Park-Ride deck on Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Boulevard, just west of Loop Road. Passengers will take a three-minute ride on a shuttle bus to the International Terminal\u2019s curbside drop-off area. The shuttle is free and available 24 hours a day.<\/li>\n<li>International Reserve parking:\u00a0200+ spaces. International Reserve parking provides frequent travelers with fast, convenient, covered, and guaranteed Airport parking on the lower level at the International Hourly parking deck. Passengers who have spaces in International Reserve parking do not have to wait in line to pull a parking ticket or search for open parking spaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ground Transportation &#8211; Domestic Terminal:<\/h3>\n<p>The Ground Transportation Center is located at the west end of the Domestic Terminal and offers the following services:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Shuttle bus services offer door-to-door and on-demand pickup service from the Airport to metro Atlanta and bordering states, departing every 15 minutes within the metro area and every 30 minutes for all other areas.<\/li>\n<li>Taxi, limo and sedan services.<\/li>\n<li>13 rental car agencies located at the Rental Car Center, with free SkyTrain service to and from the Airport.<\/li>\n<li>The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) provides train service to metro Atlanta.<\/li>\n<li>Area hotel and off-site parking shuttle buses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Ground Transportation &#8211; International Terminal:<\/h3>\n<p>The International Terminal features several safe, reliable ground transportation options. Connections to hotels, downtown, convention centers, MARTA and the Airport&#8217;s Rental Car Center are conveniently located at the curb outside the main greeting area on the arrivals level. Signs inside the building will direct passengers to the ground transportation area. Hanging signs and a color-code system will help passengers quickly identify loading and unloading zones for each ground transportation service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taxis: Yellow\/Zone 1<\/li>\n<li>Hotel shuttles: Green\/Zone 4<\/li>\n<li>Local\/regional shuttles: Green\/Zone 4<\/li>\n<li>Charter buses: Blue\/Zone 5<\/li>\n<li>Parking shuttles: Orange\/Zone 2<\/li>\n<li>International shuttle connector: Red\/Zone 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>International Shuttle Connector:<\/h3>\n<p>Because Atlanta-bound passengers cannot access secured areas of the Airport after they pick up their luggage at the International Terminal baggage claim, the Airport has established shuttle services to link passengers at the International Terminal with existing facilities. The international shuttle connector offers direct service from the International Terminal to two locations:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Existing facilities: A 15-minute shuttle ride connects the International Terminal with the Domestic Terminal&#8217;s ground transportation area at the west end of the building. From here, passengers can access the Domestic Terminal, parking areas and MARTA train service to downtown.<\/li>\n<li>Rental Car Center: A 15-minute shuttle ride links passengers with the Rental Car Center, which houses all rental car transaction counters and vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The international shuttle connector is free and operates 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n<h3>Rental Car Center:<\/h3>\n<p>In December 2009, Hartsfield-Jackson opened a state-of-the-art, 67.5-acre facility that houses all rental car company operations and vehicles. The Rental Car Center includes two four-story parking decks, more than 8,700 parking spaces and a 137,000-square-foot customer service center. The Rental Car Center features 13 rental car agencies: Advantage, Airport, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, E-Z, Hertz, iTravel, National, Thrifty and Payless Rent a Car companies.<\/p>\n<h3>ATL SkyTrain:<\/h3>\n<p>Connecting customers to the Rental Car Center is the\u00a0SkyTrain. In five minutes, passengers are connected to the Rental Car Center, Georgia International Convention Center, hotels and office buildings. The train operates six two-car trains, which can carry 100 passengers and their baggage.<\/p>\n<h3>MARTA:<\/h3>\n<p>The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) provides train and bus service to metro Atlanta. MARTA&#8217;s Airport Station connects to Hartsfield-Jackson at the west end of the Domestic Terminal between Domestic Terminal North and Domestic Terminal South baggage claim areas. The program encompasses 167 food and beverage locations, offering a range of quick-service and full-service dining options, as well as 140 retail and convenience stores providing travel necessities, gifts, and locally sourced merchandise. International travelers also have access to two duty-free locations. In addition to retail and dining, the program includes 82 service-oriented outlets focused on passenger convenience and operational efficiency. These services include a common-use lounge, a full-service banking center, three Georgia Lottery locations, shoeshine services, ATMs, currency exchange, vending machines, spa services, and sleep units for passengers in transit. Biometric screening locations further support efficient security processing and enhance the overall passenger experience.<\/p>\n<h3>Cargo and Airfield Assets:<\/h3>\n<p>There are three main airfield complexes: North, South, and Midfield, occupying 7.8 million square feet spread over 198 acres. This includes cargo facilities, airline support and maintenance facilities, fixed base operations, and fuel farms.
