He leads the team that ensures aircraft and passenger operations are conducted safely, securely, and efficiently in accordance with all regulatory requirements. His responsibilities include operations, maintenance, and construction oversight across ATL\u2019s Central Passenger Terminal Complex, five runways, and taxiway system.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the Department of Aviation, Mr. Biegler spent over 10 years in a number of operations, safety, security, and emergency management roles at Tampa International Airport.
